Terms and Conditions

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit, and at quoted tariffs

On instruction of the Insurers, smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms, there is a sun lounge located at the front of the ground floor which is open 24 hours a day to allow guests to smoke if they wish.

Breakfast is at 9am and no allowances can be made for meals not taken

On arrival rooms will be available from 2.30pm, [Earlier by arrangement and subject to availability]. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure. Late checkout is available at an extra charge and subject to availability of rooms.

Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.

If the deposit has been paid using debit or credit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.

All accounts must be settled in full upon arrival at the hotel.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s property unless handed in for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.

A charge will be made for any loss or damage to hotel property accidental or otherwise and will be deducted from the guests debit or credit card or a solicitor will be instructed to recover these costs, from group bookings, the person who’s name is on the booking form is liable for the damage.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to the contract cause any detriment to the wellbeing of any other guests.

I confirm I have signed the registration and /or paid my deposit as acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein and agree to abide by these for the duration of my stay at the premises
